DETECTIVE COLON, 34, LIED ON THE WITNESS STAND, INTENTIONALLY, TO ILLEGALLY CONVICT & INCARCERATE ME

---EVERY ONE, THE JUDGES, THE PROSECUTOR(s), MY ATTORNEY(s) INCLUDING MICHAEL J. REDENBURG HAD THIS POLICE REPORT IN THEIR HANDS IN THE WEEKS AND MONTHS LEAVING UP TO THE FARCE OF MY CRIMINAL TRIAL.  


---I MADE MY COMPLAINTS AGAINST YESHIVA UNIVERSITY FIRST, for FRAUD, and I had NO RETALIATORY MOTIVE;  Detective Colon LIED when he stated otherwise.


---NEW YORK CITY POLICE DETECTIVE COLON LIED  ON THE WITNESS STAND INTENTIONALLY  [ read here, with criminal intent ] to illegally convict and illegally incarcerate me. 


---Michael J. Redenburg refused to cross-examine Det. Colon during my trial. 


---When other police detectives from New York lied on the witness stand they were prosecuted. 


---For this and other criminal and unethical conduct Michael J. Redenburg loses his license to practice law.


---Assistant District Attorney Alex Spiro presented perjured testimony intentionally  [  read here, with criminal intent ].   For intentionally presenting perjured testimony, and other criminal and unethical conduct, ADA Alex Spiro loses his license to practice law, because he is DANGEROUS TO OTHERS; he used the power of the state to do Yeshiva University's dirty work and to shift liability to city from Yeshiva University.  Yeshiva University lost about 110 million dollars in the Maddoff scandal.


Detective Colon wanted to know why so many people refused to do anything about Yeshiva University committing federal student loan fraud.   Because, for fraud Yeshiva University loses its ability to administer these programs FOREVER, there is no way to regain eligibility, the statutes that I need to cite to, on appeal, have already been entered into federal court.

---INTERNAL AFFAIRS COMPLAINT # 1056824, US MARSHALS ALREADY HAVE THIS EVIDENCE.

---Det. Colon has over 20 years on the force.   Do you think he'd shot me, and/or pull every dirty trick in the book to retaliate?
