HELP !    

I am the target of an organized criminal conspiracy involving my medical school, Jersey City Medical Center, North Bergen municipal court Judge Nino Falcone, my landlords, Asaf Rosenheim, self-identified Israeli, ex-military, who confessed to perpetrating an immigration fraud and lying to Homeland Security in summer 2008, chief judge in Jersey City municipal court, Judge Nesle A. Rodriguez, and Debbie Simon at the Hudson County prosecutor’s office.

Background in brief:

Apparently, officials from my medical school, notably James David, and John Scarfone, have been stalking me through life, helped orchestrate a physical assault on me at Jersey City Medical Center in 2008, that left me with serious bodily injury and could have left me paralyzed or dead, and most recently, in 2009, pressed false criminal charges against me that resulted in me being illegally convicted and illegally incarcerated at Riker’s Island prison.   My illegal conviction and incarceration are being appealed; there is no question that I was illegally convicted and will clear my name, because, for example, I was convicted based, in part, on a police detective who lied on the witness stand intentionally and on the District Attorney presenting this perjured testimony intentionally

[ read here, with criminal intent ].   Apparently, James David, and John Scarfone have been concealing the fact that I was named as a witness against them in 2006 in federal court, and that they have retaliatory motives against me.   John Scarfone, for instance, was forced to admit that he lied about me in federal court in 2006, and his associate, Dan Riesel, was likewise forced to admit that he lied about me in federal court in 2005.

It is not my purpose to burden this communiqué with all the details of my case(s) against these extremely dangerous individuals, although I well could.  I am merely sharing a few examples with you as background so that you can see the big picture.   It is not about the details of each episode of stalking and harassment, rather, I am being stalked through life by officials from my medical school; they have an agenda, and they almost murdered me in Jersey City.

Immediate need/complaint: 

On 10/2/2008, in order to hold me illegally as a prisoner in a locked psychiatric ward at Jersey City Medical Center, Stacy Dix-Kielbiowski lied.  She said that I was her patient, I am not and have never been her patient, and that I was mailing threatening letters to Judge Rodriguez:  “ As per Stacy pt has been mailing threatening letters to Judge Rodriguez”. 

My medical records at Jersey City Medical Center reflect that Stacy Dix-Kielbiowski lied on 10/2/2008, and that she knew she was lying. 

In short, there are no threatening letters that I mailed to Judge Rodriguez.  North Bergen municipal court Judge Nino Falcone, paid by my landlords, MAILED ME A THREATENING LETTER, that’s how the propaganda works, a judge mailed me a threatening letter, I did not mail threatening letters to a judge.  

For over two years, Debbie Simon, at the Hudson County prosecutor’s office refused to make a single phone call to Judge Rodriguez…Ms. Radin was accused of mailing you threatening letters, please fax those threatening letters to my office with their post-marked envelopes so we can see them.   Those threatening letters cannot be produced because they do not exist.  

I can provide more examples of how my records at Jersey City Medical Center were intentionally falsified, these are not bona fide, real medical records, made by men and women acting in good faith, those records are wholesale FRAUD, made by extremely dangerous individuals like Judge Nesle A. Rodriguez and Stacy Dix-Kielbiowski who used a hospital as a means of aggression and a locked psychiatric ward as de facto prison.   The big picture for Judge Rodriguez is this, she refused to enforce her “no-contact” orders against my landlords during summer 2008, she helped them illegally destroy evidence material to my defense, and when I publisized those details subsequently, in September 2008, she lied to use Jersey City Medical Center for revenge, acting in concert with my medical school. I can discuss these details with an investigator.  

For now, a SINGLE PHONE CALL to Judge Rodriguez will confirm that there are no threatening letters that I mailed to her and will PUT A STOP TO THE HARM TO ME NOW.   In the past few weeks, this lie has been used to inflict even more harm on me, and my family.  Ask Judge Rodriquez to fax to your offices the threatening letters that I was accused of mailing to her; she cannot because they do not exist.
