"crookedDoctors" up and running, because the important point is that you'all see the evidence, not whether I go high tech or low tech; as long as you'all get the information, that's all that matters.

IN OUR LAST MEETING, THE US MARSHALLS MIS-UNDERSTOOD AN IMPORTANT POINT...

...Judge Fast ruled against me erroneously on or about 9/8/2008, in part, because Mr. Lawrence Sindoni maliciously omitted a New York State law that supported my case.

....It is irrelevant, however, because on or about 9/25/08 my landlords cashed my checks [ there were about 5 or 6 of them ] while I was still a tenant, still residing in the apartment [ see post-judgment relief in Judge Fast's book, he is the noted authority ], THEREBY waiving all actions they had taken against me including Judge Fast's erroneous ruling rendered on or about 9/8/2008, and accepting me as a tenant; in sum, there was NO EVICTION ! 

...the receipts for these payments are already entered into court in New York.

...Judge Fast wanted to play games, so he made up a ruling wherein he said that he would withdraw his 9/8/2008 ruling, let the landlords cash one of my checks on or about 9/25/2008, and then, re-instate his 9/8/2008 ruling !   Have you ever heard of anything so STUPID in your life !

....OK, I said to Judge Fast, in effect, you want to play games, I'll play along.   I have 5 to 6 different payments that my landlords cashed after your 9/8/2008 ruling, and each time you do this stupidity, it will take my landlords about 8 days or so to play this stupid little game, filling out the paperwork and whatnot [ this is the point the US Marshall's mis-understood, because they didn't get a chance to read Judge Fast's book like I did ],  assuming that the landlords are on top of things, which they are not, which means this stupidity will go on for..... at least another 5 to 6 weeks or so, through October 2008 or so, long enough for every one in Jersey City to know with absolute certainty that you are a corrupt judge.


...notwithstanding, Judge Fast found non-party witnesses creditable, you know, non-party witnesses like Asaf Rosenheim who confessed on the witness stand to lying to Homeland Security and perpetrating an Immigration fraud !
